How To Know It's Time
You are nearing a special, exciting time.  Although it's not possible to know exactly when labor will begin, you can be ready to know what to expect.

Differences Between False Labor and True Labor
False Labor - Often are irregular and do not get closer together (know as Braxton Hicks contractions

True Labor - Come at regular intervals and as time goes on, they get closer together.  Lasts about 30 - 70 seconds.
False Labor - Contractions may stop when you walk or rest, or may even stop with a change of position.

True Labor - Contractions continue, despite movement.

False Labor - Usually weak and do not get much stronger.

True Labor - Increase in strenght steadily.
Pain in Contractions
False Labor - Usually felt only in the front.

True Labor - Usually starts in the back and moves to the front.
